Michael Dean’s culinary skills started at a young age…
Learning from his grandmother and his friends’ mothers and grandmothers, Michael was able to learn many different styles; Hispanic, Italian, Asian, and just simple good country cooking.
Since then, Michael Dean has taken many cooking classes, catered many large parties and events, and won many cook-offs. Michael Dean likes to be original and very much farm to table. At the cafe, he uses the freshest products, and buys from local vendors such as Musso Farms, Frank’s Meats, Big D, Royal Gorge Meat Processing, and more… all of this makes for a variety of fine country cuisine!
